Our mission and mandate:

Body Maxx Wellness is YOUR TRANSFORMATION COMMUNITY offering group fitness classes, personal training, accountability coaching and NON STOP transformation and progress towards your goals. We encourage socialization and promote a fun filled environment while providing a great workout through a variety of class types. We operate on the belief of having fun while working out

and encourage everyone to participate regardless of your current physical fitness level. It is our aim to get you the results you want in a fun, and safe environment. We will always focus on technique over speed because this is how exercise should be performed. It’s simply not our philosophy. If you’re smiling and laughing during a workout then we too are smiling and having fun.
