The Ignite Women’s Conference is right around the corner! This weekend, I will be attending this event to refill my own well.

Ignite was created by my amazing friend, Rebecca Livingston, a woman who is a tremendous source of inspiration to me. I invite you to come and soak up some of that inspiration with me.

The Leo Full Moon continued to offer up lots of resistance. It seems to be the theme of the summer! After three interruptions, the reading finally was completed, and then work got busy, pushing the video further and further out. Determination won out and I finally accomplished the task. What are you resisting? How are you overcoming what is holding you back?

Resistance is one of the themes of this New Moon reading and I certainly offered up a lot of it this month. It's funny how the world will offer you lots of opportunities to resist your path, including falling down half a flight of stairs. After lots of Arnica and rest, the video is finally done! What are you resisting right now? How can you become the leader of your own resistance?

Today I am setting an example to offer one's self grace when things don't go exactly according to plan. In the past, I would have been disappointed with myself for not having this posted on the exact right date. I think it is a testament to my own healing that I have come to realize that life happens while you are making plans for perfection. I hope you enjoy this month's full moon message! It's a good one!

This is so beautifully said. We all hold the energy to heal ourselves, I just hold the space so that you feel safe to do so.

Strictly speaking, nobody has ever "healed" anyone, ever.

A true "healer" simply remains present. She provides a safe Field in which unfamiliar and intense energies can be felt and move to completion, bound-up and unconscious emotions can be released into the warm light of Awareness.

In such a Field, we can come out of time, together, out of the drama of thought and the chaos of My Life, and we can breathe into our aching bodies, taste the simplicity of a brand new moment on Earth, fall into our own cosmic power.

Healing is not a destination, then, nor a special ability in the hands of a gifted few, it is a surrender into That which is already healed, already whole, beyond the healer and the healed - our true nature, the Oneness of all life, the sheer rightness at the core of things.

Healing is never far away, for the Field is never far away; it has lived in your very own Heart, ever since you were a child.

Today I am posting the new video for the Full Moon Cycle for June 2021. As I did the recording, I had the song, "There is Nothing Like a Dame" from the 1958 musical, South Pacific, running through my head. Usually, this incessant music signals me to look up the lyrics as I am getting a message through SPIRIT radio. I only know the main verse to this song and couldn't even begin to imagine what message could be coming through, but when I looked it up, I laughed and saw that one verse was completely applicable to the message that was brought through in the reading. Here it is:

We feel restless, we feel blue
We feel lonely and in brief
We feel every kind of feeling
But the feeling of relief
We feel hungry as the wolf felt when he met Red Riding Hood
What don't we feel?
We don't feel good

Well, I hope this reading brings some healing your way and that you begin to feel better. Stay cool and well grounded. We will get through these times together!

I love this. Doing things with our hands is such an important part of who we are. I feel so honored to bring this sacred touch to others.

" Grandma, how do you deal with pain?"

" With your hands, dear. When you do it with your mind, the pain hardens even more."

“With your hands, grandma?"

" Yes, yes. Our hands are the antennas of our soul. When you move them by sewing, cooking, painting, touching the earth or sinking it into the earth, they send signals of caring to the deepest part of you and your soul calms down.
This way she doesn't have to send pain anymore to show it.

" Are hands really that important?"

" Yes, my girl. Thinking of babies: they get to know the world thanks to their touches. When you look at the hands of older people, they tell more about their lives than any other part of the body. Everything that is made by hand, so is said, is made with the heart because it really is like this: hands and heart are connected. Masseuses know this: When they touch another person's body with their hands, they create a deep connection. Thinking of lovers: When their hands touch, they love each other in the most sublime way."
