Front Desk Coordinator Position Available!

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a full-time Front Desk Coordinator, starting in April. This is an exciting opportunity to cover a two-year maternity leave, with a high possibility of transitioning into a permanent full-time role within our clinic.

About Our Clinic:
•Comprehensive ocular health examinations
•Optical services with onsite edging lab
•Contact lenses and vision therapy
•Advanced Dry Eye Treatments, including:
Radiofrequency technology
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) technology

We are happy to train a suitable candidate
Optometric, optical, or medical office experience is ideal
Administration, retail sales, and customer service experience is an asset

Responsibilities:
•Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out process
•Invoicing and processing third-party insurance
•Schedule eye exams, follow-ups, and additional testing
•Maintain recall system and manage web booking
•Assist with visual field testing and patient imaging
