1 Year of Fitness classes today💪🏼🥳
I’m so grateful for every person who’s shown up and brought such amazing energy to class. Whether you came once, weekly, or stuck with me all year, thank you so much. 🥰 You’ve made this more than just workouts- I love seeing the relationships built and the support, laughter, and progress. The board is looking pretty colourful⭐️😊Here’s to another year of movement, strength, and showing up for ourselves!💪🏼

🎃Common Halloween Struggles👻
Temptation from candy around the house (especially kids’ leftovers).
“All or nothing” mindset-feeling like one treat means the day/week is ruined.
Mindless snacking while handing out candy. Guilt after eating treats.
Lack of balance -skipping meals to “save calories” for treats.

Tips to Help Stay on Track
1. Don’t skip meals. Eating balanced meals (protein + fiber + healthy fat) helps reduce candy cravings later.
2. Choose treats intentionally. Pick your favourite candy, portion it, and enjoy it slowly, not from the bag.
3. Keep candy out of sight. Store where you won’t see them.
4. Stay hydrated. Thirst can feel like hunger or sugar cravings.
5. Move your body. Get a quick walk or workout in to stay in your routine and mindset.
6. Drop the guilt. One night of treats won’t undo your progress-it’s the mindset after that matters more.
