A reminder you can still self care without buying all the chemical, knock off expensive products. Self care can be anything that makes you feel nurtured, grounded, life etc.... slow downnnnn.

Make your own self care if you need a self care night...don't skip self care because you couldn't buy the product is all I'm saying!

*an exception for a medical grade tested product that has been studied...these can be beneficial for some people. Do your research to find what works for you!

Now booking limited online 1:1 guided check-in/grounding and awareness sessions in person (your location - transportation extra) or online.

This includes
- a check-in, let me hold the space for the heaviness you are carrying
-grounding support
- inner child (very healing) modality getting to the root session (we can go as deep as you want...we check into your inner child 1 situation per session!) This is moving energy and releasing pain held in the body. *Different than therapy, I always encourage seeing a trained therapist for love and support.
-guided meditation (just for you at the end you can keep it forever in a recording)
-distance reiki following session
-who knows what else 😅 depending on what I feel you need

60-minute session total

$66 if booked by October 31st
$88 after October 31st.
* If booked before, but the session doesn't run until after October 31, I still only charged the rate when booked

$66 plus travel if in person
$88 plus travel if in person after oct 31 booking

DM to book and find a time we can connect. 50% retainer required at time of booking. open to rescheduling if needed, if we communicate.
No show during the session, no refund.

celebrating my sweet baby F this weekend for an early birthday party so I won't be replying to messages until next week.

Heads up - I only have private yoga group openings available for weekday evenings, otherwise Sept 16th is my next weekend available!

Thank you to all that have booked me this summer. I have only taken a small amount of private group bookings this summer but each one has been so fun! 💛

I had the pleasure of guiding yoga for a bride to be and her gal pals for a bachelorette, on the beach! 🤍

We laughed, did some flow yoga, shared gratitude and special moments with the bride during, and of course, some duo poses to try out because they said they wanted to have fun!

I am always so grateful when you ask me to join your special gatherings, congratulations again Hannah on your upcoming day 🙏🤍
