I offer a variety of treatment modalities but my goal is work collaboratively with each person. I have an MSW from Wilfrid Laurier University and am trained in DBT, CBT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Self-Compassion and treating Complex Trauma.
