A lot of people try to think their way through change.

And sometimes that works.
But sometimes the pattern is deeper than that.

Hypnotherapy is a focused, guided approach that helps shift patterns at a deeper level.

This approach can be helpful for things like:
– anxiety and stress
– habits you’ve struggled to shift
– emotional patterns that keep repeating

If you’ve been feeling stuck, this may be a different way forward.

Sometimes you know something isn’t quite fitting, but it’s hard to put into words.

A psychological assessment can help bring clarity to challenges related to learning, attention, and overall functioning, while offering a deeper understanding of how someone thinks, processes, and experiences the world.

Working with Ian MacAusland-Berg, the process is thoughtful, thorough, and focused on more than just a diagnosis. It’s about insight, direction, and meaningful next steps.

Because when you have a clearer picture, it becomes easier to move forward with confidence and the right kind of support.

If you’ve been considering an assessment, this may be the right time to explore it.

Wellness isn’t something you arrive at once and then keep forever.

It’s something you come back to.
Again and again.
In small ways, over time.

And healing?
It was never meant to be done alone.

At In Good Time, we believe in showing up consistently -- for ourselves and for each other.
In conversations, in support, in community.

That’s the work. And it matters.

If you’ve been thinking about starting (or starting again), we’re here.

There’s something different about being with horses.
They don’t rush you. They don’t judge you.
They meet you exactly where you are.

This one-day wellness workshop is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and gain clarity in a way that feels grounded, experiential, and real.

Together with Wendy from In Good Time and Caitlin from Clarity Equine, you’ll explore burnout, self-compassion, and practical tools for everyday life — all in a calm, supportive environment alongside horses.

No horse experience needed. Just come as you are.
