Age is not the reason we get injured. LIFE is the reason we get injured. We are NOT made to sit at desks all day, lay on the couch scrolling on our phones, wearing terrible footwear etc.
Our bodies are amazing- if one thing stops moving the way it should- something will start moving in ways it SHOULDN’T. This continues as a domino effect, causing tissues to become overloaded. THAT is why injury occurs.
So, how do we mitigate injury? By increasing our our MOBILITY (think flexibility + strength in those end ranges of motion).
Training is to make your life EASIER. I promise you it’s within reach… if I can do it, anyone can.
