If you do get snowed in, here’s a quick at-home storm workout you can do anywhere:
Bodyweight Circuit (5 Rounds):
20 Air Squats
15 Pushups
20 Walking Lunges (10/leg)
30-second Plank
15 Jump Squats (or regular squats if space is tight)
OR
EMOM 20 (Every Minute On the Minute for 20 mins):
Minute 1 – 15 Pushups
Minute 2 – 20 Squats
Minute 3 – 15 Sit-ups
Minute 4 – 30-second Wall Sit
Repeat 5x
No equipment. No excuses.
