Today we took part in Culinary Bootcamp and created some delicious Italian dishes with the help and guidance of some excellent chefs👩‍🍳

It was fun and informative, and we got to eat everything too! 😋

3 of our practitioners participated in “The M Factor: Shredding the Silence on Menopause” last evening.

The evening consisted of a feature length documentary film that centred on women’s experiences with menopause and the advances in medical management of the condition.

Our 3 team members got to take part in the Panel Discussion that took place, giving their own professional opinions on the management of symptoms of menopause through naturopathic medicine, diet, exercise and pharmaceuticals.

It was a lovely evening with lots of women in attendance, we learned a lot and it was fun to share some pearls of wisdom and laughter with everyone!
