Hello Yogis!
I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! I also want to thank everyone that was able to come out last week, new students, regular students, it was all so incredibly heartwarming.
As much as I love having some time to myself it was wonderful to get back into a schedule, even if I feel like a child learning how to peddle a bike, it's wobbly to start but steadies quickly.
Steady feels pretty darn good!
I have another full week ahead!
Monday Yoga with weights 4:30pm
Tuesday Hatha Yoga 8:45am and Pelvic Floor/Somatic movement 6:15pm
Wednesday Yin Yoga 4:30pm
Thursday Yoga with Weights 8:45am
Friday Chair yoga with weights (optional) 9:00am
With all of my classes they are live in the studio and simultaneously streamed over Zoom.
