Good Morning Yogis!!
I hope everyone had a wonderful August! I find it hard to believe that Summer is coming to a close. That being said I did get some wonderful rest and am ready to get back into a regular schedule.
I will be starting regular classes back Tuesday September 2nd, right after Labour Day long weekend
I want to note that there are some changes to my weekly schedule. This gives me a chance to do some workshops in the evenings, and to help my voice sustain itself through the week. I hope that these will still work for your schedule.
I also want everyone to know that all of these classes are in the studio along with being streamed from Zoom.
I will also give a description of some of the classes as I am reintroducing Weights into a couple of my classes.
Monday Hatha Yoga 4:30pm
The only thing changing in this class is the time
Tuesday Hatha Yoga 8:45am
Nothing is changing in this class
Wednesday Yin Yoga 4:30pm
The only thing changing in this class is the time
Thursday Yoga with Weights 8:45am
This is a new class that will incorporate yoga with weights and strength training. Bring a set of weights with you. I recommend a light weight and a heavier weight. (example 5lb and 8 or 10lb)
Friday Chair Yoga with Weights 9:00am
New day and time for this class! I will once again start incorporating light weights into this class.
I am really looking forward to seeing everyone again!
