What exactly is dry brushing? And why do you hear about it on social media? It’s a form of lymphatic drainage, it’s gentle, stimulating and beneficial. It can feel weird, scratchy (if too much pressure) and ticklish all at the same time. It stimulates the lymph to move (always back to the heart), increases circulation and also helps tone. We offer a couple sizes and shapes of dry brushes at Pure Bliss.
