The Ta**us New Moon on May 19, 2023, holds a grounding vibration, allowing us to rebalance our being and
reconnect to a state of ease.

We have been through much since the last lunar cycle and now we are given a moment to pause.

While this pause will give us a chance to center ourselves, there is also some high-powered energy flowing through at the time of this New Moon, activating our Solar Plexus Chakra and inviting us to reconnect with our power.

Eclipses tend to bring change, awakening, transformation, and shift. Our lives, or perhaps even our perspective, may look very different from when the Eclipses first began on April 19th.

Eclipses can bring quantum leaps, helping to accelerate our spiritual path forward, so if you are finding yourself at a crossroads, in limbo, or in completely new territory, the vibrations of this New Moon can help to ground and stabilize.

Ta**us is a sign associated with stability and security, and that is exactly what is on offer under this New Moon. How can you create more security in your life? What steps can you take to feel more stable and secure in yourself?

Issues that crop up around the time of this New Moon may very well be linked to subconscious feelings of insecurity or a lack of self-worth. Pay attention to anything uncomfortable that arises at this time, and see if your insecurities may be playing a role.

The Libra Full Moon reaches its peak fullness on April 5, 2023. Libra is a sign associated with our relationships and how we interact within them. It is also connected to justice, fairness, and the needs and well-being of others.

Under the Libra Full Moon, we may notice a spotlight on our relationships and how we choose to show up in them. Which relationships are bringing out our best? What beliefs cause us to shrink back into less of the person we can be?

The Full Moon may illuminate this for us, sending healing vibrations that can allow us to feel more confident, supported, and seen. We may also finally get the confidence to let go or shift relationships that are no longer serving our highest selves.

The Libra Full Moon Brings Healing

The two strong feminine influences are Eris, the Goddess of Discord and Strife, and Vesta, an asteroid named after the Goddess of Hearth and Fire.

This influence from these Goddess forces could play out in a few ways. Eris may create some destruction for us, allowing some discord to be felt so we can take action to bring greater harmony.

Full Moons have the tendency to expose and release things from our lives, so this may be where the discord is perceived. With the strong Goddess energy circling, we may also see issues around gender equality and reproductive rights present in the collective.

Vesta has a softer, gentler energy and can perhaps be the antidote to whatever discord or strife Eris may stir. Vesta reminds us to return to our home, our center, and to our inner fire. The Chariot and Queen of Swords💕

This week we enter the month of April and continue to experience the fire of Aries Season. When we start a new month we are given the opportunity to pause, reflect, and reset. The cards show us how to set ourselves up for success as we walk through new doors.

We are working with the energy of self-exploration and reflection through The Chariot and the Queen of Swords. We access our vulnerability and clarity of mind while navigating the world around us.

The first card we touch down with is The Chariot. This is a Major Arcana card and the seventh stop on the Fool’s Journey. The Major Arcana are the 22 cards in tarot that follow the journey of the Fool.

This journey depicts the cycle of ups and downs from birth to enlightenment and back to birth. If tarot cards are signs on the road of life, the Major Arcana cards are the flashing billboards.

They have a loud message and speak to a significant moment in your life. It is either a major realization, an important turning point, or a leveling up of some kind. They represent a serious shift in the journey to becoming your higher self.

In the Fool’s journey, The Chariot represents taking charge of your life. It is about showing up as your full self, building your strength, and taking risks.

The Chariot is not afraid to live the life that they want. They are no longer held back by what others think or the burden of doing what they are supposed to do. They know that life is too short and they have decided to go for it.

A specific way this can show up with the Chariot is through travel or expanding our world. The card calls us to life-affirming movement and action.

Ask yourself: What are ways you can embody The Chariot’s energy? Is there a dream you can start planning and saving for? What does your spirit call to you? Where does your heart want you to go?

She has let down her walls and allowed her true self to shine through. She is able to see the disguises of others and knows that things go deeper than what is on the outside.

Though the Queen is tough, she has compassion for herself and others. She shows us how to use our sharp tongues only when necessary and in the right circumstances.

The Queen helps us to think with clarity and see through any phoniness. We learn to share our truth so we can live a life aligned with our values.

Through this card, she shows us how to go straight to the heart of a matter and be direct in our approach. Though Swords is connected to the element of air, this Queen embodies the fire within.

The Queen of Swords is bringing us all her gifts this week. She is helping us to speak our minds and tap into our vulnerability. She wants us to take off our armor and share who we really are with others. She wants us to use our intelligence and honesty to get closer to the life we want.
