I was given the ability to see the perfection and hold that image to rise up. Seeing our body as its own source to heal itself would be about asking our body what it needs - rather than being or trying to be the expert over our body or the mind taking control over the whispers of Spirit to what - where - when etc X39 is a tool that can fuel the body to heal itself - I know first hand - interested in my experience? Or perhaps I should say my experiences at becoming more youthful- more mobile. Just turned 70, never imagined myself possible to be this active and vibrant. Msg me if you are curious 🧐

“A monthly circle of remembering and re-evolution.”

Each New Moon (once per month), we will gather in sacred space—women and men alike—to begin or deepen the journey of building our personal medicine wheel.
This is not a tradition bound to one path or place. It is a circle of individual remembering—a return to yourself, guided by your spirit allies, your intentions, and your heart.

Through meditation, intention, and ceremony, you will:
✨ Meet and work with the Four Directions in your own unique way.
✨ Call in the animal or spirit allies who chooses to walk with you.
✨ Begin shaping your own medicine bundle, which grows and evolves with every New Moon Experience.
✨ Discover the wisdom of the East (child), South (adolescent), West (adult), and North (elder), woven with the cycles of Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter.
✨ Deepen your relationship with crystals, archetypes, and the natural world as living teachers.

The Re-Evolution of the Ladybell

The Ladybell once sat in parlors as a tool of command — a signal of hierarchy, a call to service.
But today, she returns not as an ornament of privilege, but as a bell of sovereignty.

Her gown, wide and encompassing, is no longer a cage of expectation but a circle of protection, holding children, holding Earth, holding the lineage of women.
Her voice — the clear ring of brass — is no longer a call to servants but a summons to Spirit:
• to awaken the sleeping,
• to shield the vulnerable,
• to declare “No more.”

When we ring the Ladybell now, we are declaring:
• Sovereignty over our bodies, our voices, our wombs.
• Authority over the spaces we guard.
• The end of silence for children who were never heard.

Each strike of her sound is a drumbeat of re-evolution.
Each vibration is a ripple that carries through the unseen, calling the light into the darkest corners where abuse and trafficking hide.

The Ladybell is not nostalgia. She is rebirth.
She is Woman risen from ornamental silence into sovereign command.

When we gather in circle, let us ring her:
• for the children,
• for the silenced women of our ancestry,
• for our daughters yet to come.

And let us remember: we are the bell now.
Our voices, our bodies, our presence — vibrating, unstoppable, sovereign.

On the threshold of the Blood Moon eclipse, we come together in circle — to drum, to breathe, and to remember.

**“On this New Moon, we step into the lingering current of the Lions Gate — a portal that awakened the heart and illuminated our highest vision earlier this month. Tonight, we bring that fire into the dark soil of the New Moon, planting the seeds of our becoming.

We will begin by walking to the South, the place of trust, passion, and life force. Here, barefoot upon the earth, we root ourselves into the living body of the land and receive the strength of the Rooted Tree Network and current of Mother Earth’s Vitality.

From there, we move to the Fire. With our drums, we call forth the Lions Gate codes still alive in our cells — the courage, the roar, the light that remembers who we are. Shedding any last fragments the are ready for release, honouring the very shadows that brought us to this place of balancing Power ~ Authenticity ~ Sovereignty of our True-ness Remembered.

Inside the cabin, the candle flame, pulls deeper inward toward the sacred dark of the New Moon. The Wolf will meet us in meditation, guiding us into initiation — to listen, to claim, and to align with the seeds ready to be born from within.

This is a night to merge the fire of heaven with the stillness of earth. To carry the Lions Gate into the Moon’s womb, and to emerge with a new beginning shaped by both courage and deep surrender.”*

The day drifts into night,
and the tide of thoughts begins to swell.

Some voices are gentle,
born from the quiet knowing within.
Others press in from the edges,
shaped by the weight of expectation.

Breathe.
Let the currents within you find their rhythm.
Not every voice needs to be answered.
Not every pull needs to be followed.

There is strength in listening,
and greater strength in choosing
which words to carry forward,
and which to leave in the quiet of this night.

I AM Light

When I started to paint this piece for “fun” I had no idea what would come forward. I started with sacred geometry of a square-circle-square (Angel Metatron) and then out popped the Unicorn with the fire Dragon encompassing the back-round. Playful & powerful all in one, as the sacred symbols of ancient healing began to be placed. In taking this creative journey my message is I AM protected; I can playfully go forth to BE the Light & Love that I wish to see and experience in this world.
