Big changes are happening!

This short video shows some of the journey from saying goodbye to our little home — “Chez Wylie/Sande” — to preparing the property for the construction of our new mixed-use home and office space for Sound Mind Counselling Psychology here in Sundre.

There were a lot of memories in that home, and we were grateful to see friends and family leave messages on the walls before demolition. Now it’s exciting to watch the new building begin to take shape.

While construction continues, Sound Mind Counselling Psychology is currently accepting new clients.

✨ Exciting Updates in Sundre! ✨

After many years of dreaming and planning, Corynn and I are excited to share photos of construction underway on our future mixed-use building right here in Sundre, Alberta. This space will become our home and will also provide commercial office space for Sound Mind Counselling Psychology and other local service providers.

For those interested in this development project, we’ll continue sharing construction updates as things progress.

✨ Afternoon In-Person Appointments Available ✨

Sound Mind Counselling Psychology is currently accepting new clients for afternoon, in-person counselling sessions.

I also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) — a structured, evidence-based approach that can help reduce the emotional intensity of trauma, anxiety, and distressing memories without needing to relive them in detail. Many clients find ART to be gentle, efficient, and effective.
