Welcoming Maple and Bud to the farm and the Equietude Wellness Centre team.
Watch for announcements for times and dates for Restorative Somatic Movement, Meditation, and Forest Bathing with the Goats starting in early August. Groups will be limited to 4 to 6 participants, will be $40/ person/session, and sessions will be 1 hour to 90 minutes in length.
Individual sessions are also available.

News Bulletin for all the ladies out there who can never find enough time in the day to complete your "to do lists" ---

This trailer for a documentary by Live Wild Farms, that is to be released later in 2025, perfectly captures the power and awe of what the horses bring to Equietude Wellness Centre, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, and our Returning to Real (Women Supporting Women) Retreats... the connections, the felt sensations of safety, the calming energy, and the ability for these special creatures to see our true hearts and the essence to one's "true" self is beyond what words can even begin to describe... through their magnificent eyes we get to see ourselves through a compassionate, connected, non-judgmental lens, and it opens a pathway for possibilities, dreams, and hopes that were previously hidden, or beyond imagination, to come to life...
Personally, I was privileged to experience this magical connection and healing energy for the first time way back in 1989 when facilitating therapeutic riding, and I feel blessed beyond words to be now be able to share the magic of the horses and nature via Equietude Wellness Centre.
