As you start off a new week, pay attention to the details of when you feel your best. Does having a good morning routine help start your day off well? Who are you surrounded by when you feel your best and safe to be your truest self? Did you nourish your body differently?
It’s the little things that create the big changes in our life. We are all unique so we need to find what works well for us. This is where intentional self awareness plays a big part.
As you begin to learn about yourself and what helps you feel good, be intentional about adding more of that into your life.
