BEYOND SURVIVAL RETREAT AUGUST 17-19th IN SQUAMISH, BC:
If your body has been stuck in fight, flight, or freeze for a long time, it’s likely forgot there’s another way to live.
if you’re 20–35 and have spent more time “surviving” than actually living lately, this retreat is for you.
Beyond Survival is a 3-day, professionally guided nature-based retreat for those navigating symptoms of anxiety, depression, burnout, the lasting impacts of trauma or chronic stress. When your nervous system has been in survival mode for a long time, it can start to feel like that’s just who you are…We’re here to tell you, It’s not. It’s your body doing what it learned to do to keep you safe.
This might be for you if you relate to any of the following:
* always feeling on edge or braced for something
* exhausted in ways that sleep doesn’t fix
* disconnected from yourself or the people around you
* stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break
* just going through the motions
* feeling like you’re holding a lot, and doing it alone
The retreat will be guided by facilitators who are also Registered Clinical Counsellors and nature-based practitioners, in a space built on nature, community, and real support. For a lot of people, this may be the first time in a while they’ve actually felt safe enough to just... be.
Come join us for three days of nervous system reset, genuine human connection, and the kind of self-understanding that no amount of scrolling, self-help books, or pushing through has ever been able to give you.
somewhere underneath the stress, the burnout, and the survival patterns, there’s still you.
