Hi! I’m Amanda, a RMT with a focus on prenatal and postpartum care, and I’m going to try
being a bit more present here on social media.

If you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or deep in the baby-holding phase, I’d love to
connect. I know this chapter can be amazing and exhausting at the same time, and
massage can make a real difference.

If you are beyond the baby stages, you are still very
welcome to make an appointment. This parenting thing is hard at all ages, and our bodies
need support!

I'll be sharing tips, info, and behind-the-scenes posts from my space here in Cloverdale. If
there's something you're curious about, whether it's what to expect at a prenatal massage,
