22 years ago, we opened our doors on March 11, 2004. We took this photo around the same time. 🥹

Since then, so much has changed. Pilates has exploded in popularity, new styles have emerged, trends have come and gone. But here? The things that matter have stayed the same.

We started with 4 machines, added towers along the way, and now we have 6. Still small. Still intentional. We still offer that personal care and focused attention. Our instructors have only deepened their expertise, our clients have only gotten stronger and more committed. Some have been with us since day one. Others are just starting their journey. We love to see it all.

Movement is a privilege. Getting to teach and share this method for 22 years? Even more so.

We don't come to Pilates for a before-and-after. We come because we want to feel strong lifting groceries, play with our kids without back pain, and move through life with more ease and less fear.

We come because our bodies deserve to be cared for, not fixed.

Show this to someone who thinks Pilates is “easy”... because it isn’t 🤭

Standing leg extension looks simple. One leg moves, the other one stays still. Easy… right?

Not exactly.

When you’re standing on one leg, your entire body has to organize itself around that single point of contact. Your standing glute keeps your hips level. Your core fires to keep you upright. Your foot and ankle stabilize so you don’t wobble (especially with that heel lifted!) And *then* you’re asking the moving leg to lengthen and lift without shifting, gripping, or leaning.

It’s not just a leg exercise. It’s balance, control, stability, and strength all happening at once.

The goal isn’t height. It’s control.
It’s staying tall.
It’s keeping your hips square.
It’s moving with intention instead of momentum.

If it feels harder than it looks, you’re probably doing it right.
