Every day we find ourselves with so many expectations to meet. But what if we shifted our perspective just a little?

Instead of “I have to work out,” try “I get to move my body.”
Instead of “I should stretch,” try “I get to release tension.”
Instead of “I need to relax,” try “I get to breathe deeply.”

This small shift changes everything. Movement becomes a gift you give yourself, not another item on your to-do list.
