What we love most about Candace is how she meets you exactly where you are. She’s the quiet voice reminding you to slow down and breathe, because she knows that real transformation happens in those small, intentional moments when you tune in and trust your body.

Before class, you’ll find her adjusting the footbar and tightening the springs, making everything juuust right. It's her little ritual to prepare both herself and the space for mindful movement. That same care and attention doesn't stop once you arrive; it's what makes her classes feel so special.

They started as classmates. Now they're gathering around lunch tables.

This inspiring group of women invited Shannon (our fearless studio owner) over for a holiday lunch to celebrate a year of movement, friendship, and taking the connections built in the studio outside of those four walls.

Showing up 2-3 times a week, they've created a supportive community amongst themselves—proof of what happens when you commit not just to the practice, but to each other. They remind us why we do what we do: to help everyone feel happier, healthier, and stronger.

This could be you and your crew—building strength and friendships that last beyond the last rep.
