On this special occasion of Ayurveda Day, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to our incredible LiveLifeMore family, friends, and followers for your unwavering trust and support over the years. ๐Ÿ™

My journey began back in 1993 as an Ayurveda Doctor, and with every passing year, my passion for preventive medicine and lifestyle disease management has only grown stronger. Whether it was pursuing Post-Graduation in Preventive Medicine, earning a Doctorate in Natural Medicine in Canada, or completing the Certified Diabetes Educator Program of India, every step was taken with a commitment to empower people towards healthier, more sustainable lives.

I couldnโ€™t have done this alone. A special thank you to my wife, Dietitian Pallavi Jassal, for being my pillar of support and weaving practical nutrition solutions into the lives of all our patients. Together, weโ€™ve grown into a 250K-strong community on social media, and weโ€™re thrilled to have recently achieved 1.7 million views on YouTube! ๐ŸŽ‰

I am also humbled to share that Iโ€™ve been appointed as the Director of Research & Education for the national body of the Association of Ayurveda, Canada.
