Symbiosis Pediatric Therapy Inc. is looking for an Assistant Director – Clinical Services in the Greater Vancouver Area, BC who wants to make a real impact in the lives of Neurodivergent children & their families.

Join Symbiosis Pediatric Therapy: where we believe in collaboration, compassion, and community. We’re looking for an inspiring clinical leader to help us shape the future of Pediatric therapy services in British Columbia.

As the Assistant Director – Clinical Services at Symbiosis, you will
- Lead clinical operations across multiple clinics
- Support and mentor our amazing team of OTs, SLPs, BCBAs & Therapy Assistants
- Collaborate with external partners and referral sources
- Maintain a small clinical caseload

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years clinical experience (Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Behavior Consultant or any related healthcare field)
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Passion for team-based care & ethical practice
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A heart for making a difference
