Lately during meditations water has been coming through. Awarenesses, nudges that water is important.

The water of the earth and in our bodies.
The water that we drink.

It is more than what we think. Water has the capability for carrying light codes, of being programmed.

So you are invited to bless your drinking water.

If you are by a lake a river bless that.

Intention is all that is needed.

Bring you awareness to the water.

Put your intention into the water.

I like to say i am imbuing this water with love with the light of source with unity and abundance consciousness with harmonious health in body mond and soul

And so it is

Hold and charge

Then drink and or pour it into the earth

Same process for the waters of morher earth.

Some things that i have noticed happening lately.

1. The fear ahendas are soeeding up.

2. Lately, I have been given more situations that trigger tendencies.

What is coming through is that it is a choice point. Am i going to go back to the habit that i know doesnt work? That i dont want? Or am i going to lean into the rmotions, recognize that these sometime intense emotions and tendencies are there, and the it flow through?

We can om chant or do a one breath release while we do this.

I have already released these things, so i am not going to call it in acting out og the mere habit of the tendency.

Instead i call in and align with love, self love, compassion, self compassion
