Our classes will empower you with the right techniques to have a deeper mind-body connection and be armed with a resilient able body to rejuvenate your life. Flow Pilates classes are designed for all skill levels, however if you have an injury or condition that may prevent you from safely participating, it is your responsibility to inform the studio so that we can recommend the appropriate sessions.

We are very excited to have 2 new instructors added to our team this summer. Welcome to the team SARAH!

Throughout Sarah’s life, movement has been an integral part of her identity. Through dancing, she discovered the transformative power of self expression through movement.

As a Pilates Instructor, Sarah’s goal is to help others move with greater ease, developing strength and cultivate confidence from within.

She has pursued a year long comprehensive teacher training program in 2024/ 2025 with NPCP globally recognized trainer Lori Thompson at Mindful Movement Pilates and is now accruing her teaching hours and will graduate once she completes an extensive 3 hour practical and 1 hour written exams.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and her scope of experience spans across injury rehabilitation, pre and post natal health and cardiovascular rehabilitation.

We’re excited to share that we’ve been working hard to add on to our services and we are expanding our operations into the City of Abbotsford.

This expansion is a direct result of your continued support & trust in our company and we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience.

1. Degenerative Conditions
• Lumbar Spondylosis (age-related wear and tear)
• Degenerative Disc Disease (disc dehydration and shrinkage)
• Facet Joint Arthropathy (arthritis of the small joints in the spine)



2. Inflammatory Conditions
• Lumbar Spondylitis (inflammation of vertebrae)
• Ankylosing Spondylitis (a type of arthritis that fuses spine joints)
• Sacroiliitis (inflammation of sacroiliac joints)

We are adding 2 NEW introductory groups to the schedule in MARCH, TUESDAY at 4 PM & SATURDAY at 10:30 AM.

Our introductory sessions will give you the opportunity to familiarize yourselves with the equipment and understand the foundations of Pilates; it will also give us a chance to understand your capabilities and limitations.

By the end of this 4 sessions your body will feel longer, stronger, more supple and you will have an increased awareness of alignment and basic understanding of how to properly engage your intrinsic core muscles.

If these timings do not work for you, gather a few friends and create your own group (minimum of 3, maximum of 5). We can organize a time slot that works better for you!

Please note that we will REOPEN on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

As we step into the NEW YEAR, we would like to remind everyone that we have a 12 hour cancellation policy.

If you cancel a class ahead of time, you have the 28 day billing cycle to make it up. All class cancellations and changes can be done through Punchpass.

Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones!

We are very thankful for your trust and partnership over this past year and we wish you continued success in the coming year.

In celebration of Christmas, our studio is now closed until Monday, December 30th.

Please know that your membership passes will be paused for 1 week and regular scheduled classes will resume on Tuesday, December 31st 2024.
