Join us TONIGHT at 5 PM PT for our Virtual Wellness Series as we focus on Breathwork for Relaxation.

Led by Bryanna Chunyk, BA, CBT-I Sleep Coach, CHN, Pilates & Breath work instructor, these techniques can be very effective for promoting relaxation by influencing the nervous system and reducing stress.

Deep, controlled breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for the "rest and digest" response, counteracting the "fight-or-flight" response triggered by stress.

This can lead to physiological changes, like lowered blood pressure, reduced heart rate, and decreased levels of stress hormones.

Additionally, breathwork can help focus the mind and redirect attention away from anxious thoughts.

Our Brain Fog program was designed specifically for Veterans, First Responders, and their families.

Brain fog is a neurological symptom tied to inflammation, hormones, sleep disruption, or trauma. It can lead to a loss of focus, forgetfullness, and feelings of burnout and physical exhaustion caused by stress.

Knowing what you are dealing with and how to overcome these obstacles — especially when it comes to treatment — is essentail for effective treatment.

That’s why our Brain Fog program was designed specifically for Veterans, First Responders, and their families.

No judgment, just solutions.
