At Diane Lee & Associates - Consultants in Physiotherapy we strive to be a center of excellence and our goal is to address the cause of your pain as opposed to merely treating your painful structures. All of the physiotherapists at Diane Lee & Associates are experts in the physical diagnosis of movement impairments and have taken several post-graduate courses in their specialty. They work as a team, frequently consulting with one another to bring you the best care possible. Ultimately, our goal is to help you change the way you use your body by initially creating awareness of the non-optimal movement patterns that currently overload structures and create pain. We will provide you with the tools necessary (knowledge, control, flexibility & strength) to move/exercise in ways that create optimal loading and efficient, pain free movement. This weekend, Diane was in Boulder, Colorado collaborating with an incredible group of clinicians who teach physicians, physiotherapists, and osteopathic physicians. Together, they worked to develop a shared language for describing optimal biomechanics of the foot, knee, hip, pelvis, and thorax during gait. A valuable weekend of collaboration, learning, and hands-on clinical exchange.🦵✨
