Registered Massage Therapist, Billy Drisdelle to the Performance Team! 👏

Billy has worked in various other integrated health practices since graduating from the RMT program at Vancouver Career College in 2019.

Billy’s approach to treatment is to assess each individual condition with knowledge, compassion, empathy and a smile. He uses a multitude of techniques, skill, education, and patient input to create the framework to achieve optimal physical performance for his patients. With an understanding that we live in a world of constant go, always somewhere to be, Billy strives to encourage his patients to make their health and wellness a priority. Billy has also provided treatments for the dancers of the Arts Umbrella School, and continues to provide treatments with Ballet BC.

His treatments/styles may include deep tissue, relaxation, chronic pain treatment, over-use injuries, pro-active health treatments, postural issues, athletic injuries, pre/post natal, concussion and headaches.

Fourth Trimester: postpartum management (1-6 weeks after delivery)
The fourth trimester is often forgotten, but it encompasses the first 1-6 weeks after birth.

Focus on:
    •    Rest and hydration
    •    Spending time with your new family
    •    Sleeping when you can
    •    Eating well
    •     Listening to your body – move if it feels good! But no need to rush into anything.

Pelvic health physio is ideal for:
    •    Managing hip/low back or pelvic pain or any symptoms
    •    Re-learning how to connect with the pelvic floor and the body
    •    Help plan a gradual return to activity that is completely individualized
    •    Starting treatment for diastasis rectii

We’re excited to announce the expansion of our location at Performance Integrated Health.

As our team and offerings continue to grow, we’re expanding our treatment space - located just upstairs in unit 206 in the same building you already visit.

This new space will allow us to:
  •  Increase appointment availability
  •  Create a more spacious, relaxing environment
  •  Continue providing high-quality, personalized care

Our original clinic, located in unit 120- 2630 Croydon Drive will remain fully operational, and the new space will be an extension of our current location, located at:

💆‍♂️Please note that your upcoming Registered Massage Therapy session may be scheduled in the new location upstairs. Our team is working hard to contact you both via email and telephone to let you know where to go.

In the near future, your appointment confirmation emails will also indicate if your provider will be working at unit 206, on the 2nd floor, or unit 120, on the main floor.

How to find us in the new location:
🏃 To get to unit 206 on the 2nd floor, please head into the main lobby of the building, and take the elevators to the 2nd floor. ↗️

Once you are upstairs, head left to the very end of the hallway, and you’ll find us in unit 206. 👋

If you’re not familiar with the building, please feel free to check in on the main floor at unit 120, and a member of our team would be happy to show you the new office upstairs.

Please join us in congratulating our newest Registered Massage Therapist on the Performance Team, Jarryd Moore! 👏

You may remember that Jarryd recently joined the team as an intern massage student back in August, as a graduate of the CDI RMT program awaiting the governing board exams this Fall.

Jarryd has successfully passed his board exams, now a fully Registered Massage Therapist, and is eager to start his career. 🥳

In his practice with Intern Massage, he used techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, relaxation, deep tissue massage and stretching to help clients relieve pain, improve mobility and feel their best.

Jarryd’s own experience managing a chronic condition has helped shaped his passion for holistic care, and fostered a genuine understanding of how pain can affect daily life and the value of effective, empathetic care. Jarryd aims to create a supportive space where clients can heal, relax and reconnect with their bodies.
