Rehobet Janitorial Services is seeking a reliable and proactive Manager Operator to oversee operations and support cleaning crews across the Lower Mainland, including Surrey and Tri-Cities. This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, flexible, and passionate about quality service.

Position: Manager Operator
Start Date: May 1, 2025
Location: Lower Mainland (Surrey & Tri-Cities)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee cleaning crews and ensure quality performance at each site

Respond to urgent daytime cleaning needs and same-day client requests

Coordinate and assist with one-time cleanings and special projects

Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections

Support staff with supplies, training, and troubleshooting

Communicate clearly with clients and resolve any service issues

Monitor schedules, task completion, and staff attendance

Handle basic office duties and maintain records

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License (travel between sites is required)

Basic office/computer skills (email, scheduling, reporting)

Certificate or background in Business Management or Customer Service is an asset

Strong leadership and time-management skills

Flexibility to respond to calls or visits during daytime hours
