We are a BC based, locally owned and operated company established and incorporated in 2003. We provide the expertise and support of two R.N. Designated District Managers, V.P Operations, Certified Resident Care Attendants, R.N's; RPN's; LPN's; recreation/activity personnel and rehab assistants. Pro Vita Care management is widely known and respected for the excellence of our personnel.

At Pro Vita, we’re proud to invest in the growth of our team — and Preet's journey is a shining example.

Starting as a front-line nurse in 2022, she embraced every opportunity to learn and grow. After being selected for our Talent Management Program, she developed key leadership skills that helped shape her next chapter.

Earlier this year, she transitioned into a Care Manager role at another site — a move she felt ready and supported to take on. Her experience reflects what the Talent Management Program is all about: building confidence, leadership capacity, and creating space for people to grow from within.
