🤍 Introducing Anna Rai, the newest addition to the Restore Rehab and Wellness team!

Anna is bringing her Ayurvedic Services here to Restore, and she’s so excited to share them with you!

She will be offering Ayurvedic Full Body and Head massages (Abhyanga and Shiro Abhyanga), Karna Purnam and Nasya as treatment add-ons, as well as a couple packages she has created herself, “Awaken the Mind” and “Awaken the Soul”, which includes a head or body massage, plus energy healing! ✨

Anna will be at Restore on Sundays from 9am - 2pm, and Tuesdays from 5pm - 8pm. If you’re a high energy person, those evening spots will be perfect for you to just relax!

Welcome to our first episode of Stretch To Impress, the series where we show you some stretches that will be sure to impress your practitioners! Today, we invited Restore’s Physiotherapist Manna Sandhu to show you a stretch!

Have you ever tried this stretch before? We think more people should give it a shot! It doesn’t just stretch your pecs, it’s also a great tool for those who struggle with shoulder pain, as these two muscles connect and work together 💪

Introducing Maria Bewcyk, our newest addition to the Restore Team! ✨

At Restore, Maria will be offering her Kinesiology and Personal Training services, along with some wellness coaching, to ensure you receive the most well rounded care possible!

🏋️‍♀️ Maria has obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Kinetics from UBC in Beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, as well as a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy in Sydney, Australia! She adores everything fitness, and has even competed in some bodybuilding shows!

Maria is currently at Restore on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and is available most of the day! Simply contact the clinic, and we’ll set you up with an appointment that works for you and your busy schedule
