This December 1, 2025, I will award the MVP Most Valuable Performance of the 2025 year to the most deserving person. You will find out what that person accomplished very soon.

Someone who has shown results, because at the end of the day, results really say it all. Someone who has shown commitment to their fitness or injury recovery goals. Someone has set a goal and stuck to it and overcame challenges.

Someone worthy of being on that list alongside with 15 other champions of the year.

This is not an easy award to receive and that's what makes it so special. Because if it was easy, then it's not special.

Here's a picture of the giant trophy which is kept in the gym, and that client also gets their own trophy to take home, and something else...

We cannot treat everyone that same.

We can treat people accordingly to what's fair.

That makes sense. I mean, how can we trust all people the same? How can we possibly treat everyone the same when everone is displaying different actions? It makes no sense.

If someone says 10 things, and follows through on 10 things, we're going to naturally trust that person. We're going to speak good of that person. We're going to believe in that person. We're going to take that person seriously. We're going to respect that person. We're going to be kinder to that person. We're going to feel a certain way about that person.

But what if someone says 10 things and follows through on 5 things? We are not going to really trust that person as much. It's hard to speak well on their reliability because they aren't that reliable. We can't give that person privileges that we would give a person who has proven themselves to be stand up and solid. We won't respect that person that much. We are naturally going to feel a certain way towards that person.

It doesn't make sense to treat everyone equally because not everyone's behaviors and actions are equal. It makes sense to treat people fairly and accordingly.

Set your mind.

Your reason why must be strong enough.

Organize your days well so you make time and think about your schedule the day before.

Being a better version of yourself is not comfortable. It's challenge. Take the challenge and get the rewards.

Wake up and earn your health and fitness results! Stop settling for what you're not happy with. Make the sacrifices. Look in the mirror. Get real with yourself. Challenge yourself!

They were stronger than their excuses. They did not lie to themselves or others.

They were true to their word and desires. They earned it. They got it.

Society respects high quality people.

What is your skeletal muscle mass percent relative to your total body mass?

Step 1: You can step on a body fat scale at home or at a gym if available, which often shows muscle mass % to get an idea of this measurement. As you can see, I measured mine at 57%.

Step 2: See what category you fall into on the first chart.

Step 3: See the next chart to see what the averages are when they measured people of different age groups. On average, skeletal muscle mass makes up 30-40% of your total body mass. More muscle is better!
