Took me WAY longer than expected to write this. But I think I’m finally ready to share.
Most of you know I’ve lived with autoimmune issues and chronic pain for over 15 years.
What you might not know is that last year, things got really bad—like “am I okay?” kind of bad.
Even as a career nutritionist and trainer, I felt lost. I was exhausted. Reacting to ALL the foods. Gaining weight. Weird labs.
And the advice out there? It wasn’t made for women like us. It expected energy I didn’t have.
So I did something different.
I slowed down. Like WAY down.
I started the AIP protocol.
I ate for gut repair, not restriction.
I learned how to move and rest in a way that helped—not hurt.
And something unexpected happened:
My body began to heal.
And the weight? It came off without trying.
What I’ve realized is that so many women are stuck in survival mode, trying to fix everything alone.
If that’s you—you’re not broken. You’re just exhausted. And you deserve a plan that works with your body, not against it.
I've just made it my life's work to make it super easy for women to eat (check out my meal plans!!!! In BIO) and learn to create their own health blueprint - OH AND make it super affordable - because every woman deserves to feel her best.
