Truth: UV rays don’t take a break just because you’re swimming! 🌊

Water reflects sunlight, and that bounce-back effect can actually increase your sun exposure. Even if you feel cool, your skin could still be burning.☀️

✅ Tip: Always apply a broad-spectrum, water-resistant sunscreen before swimming and reapply every 2 hours (or after towel drying)!
