Ok so I went to check out Unwin park on Saturday morning 10:30 am. Looks good! So I will be offering an OUTDOOR YOGA CLASS at Unwin park at 10:30am-12 kirpalu style. This Saturday August 19th. Weather permitting. We will be meeting in the parking lot off of 134th street . Please let me know if you would like to attend and if you need a yoga mat.
