I've added a new tool - I am now certified in the Body Code. With the help of the app and my training I help people to remove messages in their subconscious like "nothing works out for me", "I'm not good enough", "I want to be invisible", and "no will to be vulnerable". I help remove pain, food intolerances, anxiety, past trauma, cravings, high blood pressure, and more. Its a process that takes time as we peel away the layers of the emotions and imbalances trapped in your body, and its a way of both understanding how your body got to this place and how to move past it into a better future. My client was resting her feet outside during our Body Code session. She asked for help with her circulatory problems connected with her heart: swelling in her legs, arms, face; fatigue and chest pains. Half-way through the session she looked down at her foot and was shocked - she said she hadn't seen her ankle for two weeks. The swelling kept decreasing for the remainder of the session.

One of my clients was kind enough to write a review but it disappeared when she closed her FaceBook account. She also wrote it on my Google Maps page, so I've copied it off of there:
"Brenda is a very intuitive healer. I have been very Blessed by her in our sessions! At first I must admit I was skeptical and unsure if I was going to really see any real benefits from this treatment. I was open to trying and I am very glad I did! From the very first session I did with her, I began to notice that there were small changes occurring in me, in my every day life and my thought processes. Positive changes in how I was filtering things that may ordinarily trigger me or I may have in the past misinterpreted! Every session we do continues to bring about more positive changes and more awareness! I am much more intuitive now. What is truly exciting is I am slowly beginning to trust my intuition. I am experiencing changes in both my physical and emotional wellness! I have been trying to get answers from the conventional medical routes and it has been very disheartening and non useful for me. This winter, commit to letting go of your emotional baggage and starting the new year feeling lighter. The first Emotion Code Coaching session is free. What do you have to lose?

Let go of:
-drama and trauma from past relationships

Over telephone or video (Zoom, FaceTime, FaceBook video) we will connect for an hour and I will help you to release trapped emotions with your breath and intention. If you want to talk about the situation from your past you can, but it isn't necessary. If you choose to do a follow-up session, we will keep taking another layer away until the issue that you want to focus on is no longer a problem for you.

I've spent twenty years trying tools such as EFT, Psych-K, BSFF, The Work, energy healing, etc to help myself and my clients to let go of things holding me/them back and to create a life worth living. I've dealt with divorce, failure, health issues, depression, anxiety, low self-confidence, and parenting challenges. The Emotion Code helps me to release trapped emotions faster than any other method. It also combines the best of what I've been doing for over fifteen years to help myself and others. Although for most people the changes they see after the first session are subtle, their improvement continues after subsequent sessions and is permanent. After the first session clients often talk about feeling lighter, as though a load was taken off of their shoulders. Their muscles might feel less tight, or they say that they are more relaxed. They report back that they were less reactive to situations that would normally make them feel angry or frustrated.

First (sixty minute session): free (for new clients)
Second session is either $45 for 30 minutes, $85 for 60 minutes, or choose a discounted package rate.

I've added a new tool to my coaching practice - I am now a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner. This tool allows me to release emotion blocks much faster than I've done it before, resulting in freedom from some of their past triggers, negative thoughts and limiting beliefs.

It’s ok to ask for support. It’s ok to get help to make changes around work and create the life you want.

Sis, the inability to receive support from others is a trauma response.

Your “I don’t need anyone, I’ll just do it all myself” conditioning is a survival tactic. You needed it to shield your tender heart from abuse, neglect, betrayal, and disappointment from those who could not or would not be there for you.

From the parent who was absent by choice or by the circumstance of working three jobs to feed and house you.

From the lovers who offered sexual intimacy but no offered no safe haven that honored your heart.

From the friendships that always took more than they gave.

From all the situations when someone told you “we’re in this together” then abandoned you, leaving you to pick up the pieces when isht got real, leaving you to handle your part and their part, too.

From the lies. The betrayals.

You learned along the way that you just couldn’t really trust people. Or that you could trust people, but only up to a certain point.

Ultra-independence is a *trust issue.*

You learned: if I don’t put myself in a situation where I rely on someone, I won’t have to be disappointed when they don’t show up for me, or when they drop the ball... because they will always drop the ball sooner or later, right?

You may even have been intentionally taught this protection strategy by generations of hurt women who came before you.

Ultra-independence is a preemptive strike against heartbreak.

So, you don’t trust anyone.

And you don’t trust yourself, either, to choose people.

To trust is to hope, to trust is vulnerability.

“Never again,” you vowed.

But no matter how you dress it up and display it proudly to make it seem like this level of independence is what you always wanted to be, in truth it’s your wounded, scarred, broken heart behind a protective brick wall.

Impenetrable. Nothing gets in. No hurt gets in. But no love gets in either.

Fortresses and armor are for those in battle, or who believe the battle is coming.

It’s trauma response.

The good news is trauma that is acknowledged is trauma that can be healed.

You are worthy of having support.
You are worthy of having true partnership.
You are worthy of love.
You are worthy of having your heart held.
You are worthy to be adored.
You are worthy to be cherished.

You are worthy to have someone say, “You rest. I got this.” And actually deliver on that promise.

You are worthy to receive.
You are worthy to receive.
You are worthy to receive.
You are worthy.
Worthy, sis.
You are worthy.

You don’t have to earn it.
You don’t have to prove it.
You don’t have to bargain for it.
You don’t have to beg for it.

You are worthy.
Worthy.

Simply because you exist.

It takes courage to change careers, start a business, or make any other major change. “Vulnerability is hard and it is scary and it feels dangerous. But it is not as hard, scary or dangerous as getting to the end of our lives and having to ask ourselves, “what if I would have shown up?” -Brené Brown

I just watched the Brené Brown special on Netflix. She is the author of Daring Greatly, The Gifts of Imperfection, and others. I recommend that you watch it, to remind yourself of why it is important to be auithentic, vulnerable and brave. If it triggers emotions in you, the way it did for me, you may have an opportunity to release an emotional block. You can do this by breathing deeply several times and allowing yourself to breathe it out, cry it out, or laugh it out. Try not to stuff your feelings back down by eating sugar, chocolate (my personal favourite), or chips, or by drinking alcohol.
