Helping you get back to your lifestyle is our priority. At most clinics the physiotherapist will have 3-4 or more patients at the same time, with new patients every 10-15mins. Because of this they have very little time and attention to give you to your needs. Typically you will be hooked up to a machine and left wondering what to do. At Clayton Heights Sports and Therapy Center all appointments are a full 30minutes or longer with one on one care, a hands on, manual therapy approach. This allows more individualized time to assess, treat and help recover faster. A practical, caring hands on treatment allows us to work with you on a customized treatment plan, to help you reach your goals and enhance your lifestyle. We are not only committed to get you “back to work” but want you “back to life”. We listen to your issues and develop a plan to bring you back to 100% (or better). We have a multi-disciplined approach and our therapists may combine to help reach your goals

If you’ve ever wondered what Coldest Night of the Year is all about, this is a great place to start.

Storehouse Community Hub Society is hosting an open house on January 27 as a kick-off to their annual Coldest Night of the Year fundraiser and everyone is welcome to drop in.

The open house runs 4–6 p.m. at Storehouse (inside Pacific Community Church in Cloverdale) and is a chance to:

Tour the facility

Learn how CNOY funds support people in the community

Enjoy snacks and refreshments

You don’t need to be registered for Coldest Night to attend this is simply about connecting, learning, and building community ahead of the walk on February 28.

Whether you’re already involved or just curious, Storehouse says the goal is to help people understand why the event matters, because when you see the work firsthand, it means more.
