Fun chance encounter yesterday while taking a walk after a day of presentations for the annual BC Hand Society meeting between Hand Surgeons and Certified Hand therapists. Here is my young athlete patient wearing his custom fitted thermoplastic splint for his broken finger, as prescribed, as he preps for his upcoming downhill mountain bike racing season. 🚵‍♂️
