One of the most important exercises for older adults – because sitting and standing are the building blocks of daily life.
✅ How to do it:
✔ Root your feet into the ground.
✔ As you squat, drive your knees out (don’t let them cave in).
✔ Sit back gently, then breathe out on the way up.
✔ Keep your feet firmly on the floor (no tippy toes!).

🔥 Progression tip: Hold light weights in your hands. The last few reps should feel challenging but safe – that’s how strength is built!
