In honour of Stress Awareness Month, we’re looking beyond quick fixes. 🧠✨
Stress is something we all carry—but that doesn’t mean you have to navigate it alone.
This month, we’re highlighting the vital role our Clinical Counselling team can play in supporting your mental well-being. Whether you’re going through change, feeling overwhelmed, or just not like yourself, our counsellors are here to help you slow things down, understand what you’re experiencing, and take manageable next steps.
Our team supports a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, emotional regulation, trauma, life transitions, and more.
To make care more accessible, we offer both in-person and virtual appointments, along with extended evening hours (Mondays until 8:30pm and Fridays until 7pm) and Saturday (9am-4pm) availability to fit your schedule.
We also share mental health insights, wellness strategies, and clinic updates through our email community—so you can stay supported beyond your sessions.
