Live for today, the precious present. 💝 Do you want to dip your toes in or take the leap of faith and become more of your authentic self? Feel the fear and do it anyway has been my moto for decades, so join me in taking that leap! As a Reiki Master Teacher my goal is to help you find the courage to be all that you can be and to find healing within. Healing the self is the first step in my class and you’ll discover the essence and beautiful energy that exists within all of us. Tapping into our own energy and knowing how to heal ourselves and then to heal others is one of the greatest gifts I discovered in my early adult years. NICE France oh how beautiful you are!! Your houses are simply beautiful! 🤩 we are so grateful to explore all of your exquisite streets and gaze at the homes that touch the sky with soft Hugh’s of the evening sunset like a painting. So precious you are. We have enjoyed wandering through the tightly woven walkways connecting to each other in delightful paths. You have my heart ❤️ for sure.

Our adventures in Haarlem. What a beautiful little place of history and charm. We sure enjoyed our time here and would definitely go back here again. The people were super friendly. They had a great outdoor market of many delicious things to eat! By nightfall we enjoyed an unexpected flower 🌺 parade! Although it was very late we enjoyed all the floats and Cars were decorated with the most fragrant and beautiful flowers 💐.

I wish this was my garden! Well with all the hands that it takes to keep this one going! 😃♥️ This was truly an amazing experience of my lifetime. I feel like I’m Blooming from the inside out from my experience here at Keukenhof!! ♥️ it’s hard to imagine the time and effort spent on creating and maintaining the sprawling most spectacular garden. It is truly a labour of love. The energy I felt there was one of absolute, pure love and awe! All the people that were there when they say all millions I’ve never seen so many people and it was spread out over so much land that it was literally impossible to cover it all in the time that we were there for five hours. But I know we did our best to seize every solitary second and smell every tulip and tree that was in bloom. I am forever grateful for this experience and highly recommend you added to your bucket list.

My heart ♥️ this was truly an experience I’ll never forget! As an avid gardener and healer with my business of healing through massages and Reiki this was mind blowing. I’ve never seen a garden that I wondered through for hours and didn’t see it all! Not only was it simply spectacular but the energy was palpable! Mowing the effort of years and the amount of people and LOVE that went into creating this sprawling landscape was incredible!! ❤️ I highly recommend tho to be on your bucket list! It was soooooo Worth it! Im humbled and my heart was melted while all my senses were elevated and forever changed.

When travelling the world you also need time to rest. It’s important to take time out when you are going full out every day all day long. Especially when you’re travelling from one city to another and all of the details and transitions that are involved in that trip can really be taxing on us. So middle of the day they talk about the importance of a siesta. This is a perfect thing to do also needed for our bodies. Rest and digest. after all, there’s often things to do in the evening, which you need energy for. We are here in Harlem and just happen to be here for the flower festival parade, which ends here at 9:30 so we’ll get to see the Harlem flower festival that happens once a year and it’s very special and there is also a carnival right outside our hotel so that’s pretty awesome. I am@absolutely loving this trip so far and we still have 4 more countries to see!! ♥️

The healer in me wishes to send love and light to you from across the world to wherever you are and know that you are special. We all deserve to experience, inner peace, joy, love, and healing. Reiki has taught me all of these things and so much more. As I travel around the world right now, I realize more than ever how precious and how abundant our energy can be if we allow ourselves to express it freely which I’ve seen here in Amsterdam. The people here are full of joy and light! As a Reiki master teacher having taught for a very long time this so evident to me in the past 5 days here. I will be returning to Canada in 5 weeks and will be ready to teach you if you are ready and are looking to enhance your connection to yourself. I may be the teacher you’ve been seeking if you are trying to find answers to things like your purpose your reason, you’re why and if you want to tap in to your full potential…. You’re super power. ♥️

Amsterdam ♥️ my heart ♥️ 5 weeks and 5 countries! I have fallen for Amsterdam our first stop. So many incredible things to see and do here. We have really “Carpe Diem” here!! Adventure, energy, culture, curiosity, kindness, love ❤️ in so many beautiful ways… I hope you can experience the world 🌎 It’s so worth saving up for. Feeling so blessed and grateful. 🥹

So often when I’m massaging someone I can tell they are dehydrated. You may not be able to see this in yourself but this is how your body feels!! Make sure to drink water. You are made up of about 65% water depending on s*x and age. You know when you are dehydrated when you have brain fog and feel tired and lethargic. Drinking pure water from a good source is also important. Please DO NOT drink out of plastic water bottles! They are full of harmful substances that permeate the water. Also new research shows that most metal water bottles are not safe. They contain harmful metals that get into your water. I found Yeti is make of 18/8 which is excellent!
