* Hybrid-style 40 minute workout utilizing concept 2 bike, ski and row ergs with other strength stations sprinkled in.

UPCOMING SESSION ✨ RESILIENT BODY RESILIENT MIND. Monday, March 30 @ 10:00am-12:00pm

This session is designed for anyone that is interested in a guided session that incorporates physical and psychological resilience training paired with benefits of cold plunging and saunas. Lead by Josh Togeretz , a registered clinical counsellor who specializes in Outdoor Therapy.

Price: $150 +tax with potential 80-100% coverage through extended medical plans. Ensure you are familiar with your plan coverage for “therapy by a registered clinical counsellor”. Receipt will be emailed to submit to your insurance after the session.
