Body Circuit is a boutique lifestyle fitness coaching and wellness company for women. We are dedicated to helping you create the connection between your body, mind, and spirit so you can thrive in all areas of your life. We offer holistic services that combine Eastern and Western approaches to help you discover balance and become the best version of yourself. Our mission is to assist women in achieving their health, fitness, and wellness goals by utilizing various training techniques. We offer personal training sessions, yoga classes, boot camp fitness classes, kickboxing classes, and more! Body Circuit was established in 2005 as a woman-owned business in Surrey, BC, and the Langley area, which offers individualized attention to our clients. We exist to help our clients restore and maintain balance in body, mind, spirit, and relationships through education, awareness, and support. Body Circuit offers an array of modalities, including Touch for Health, Reiki, Chakradance (sacred dance), fitness and nutrition coaching, chakra balancing, and energy & frequency healing. We also run various workshops and retreats in all of these areas throughout the year.

Warm, wholesome breakfast that’s ready in minutes, packed with fibre, protein, and flavour to keep you fueled all morning! 🌞
✨ Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats
¾ cup hot water or milk of choice
¼ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
1 tsp chia seeds
drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional)
🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Pour hot water or milk over the oats.
2️⃣ Stir in berries, nuts, and chia seeds.
3️⃣ Let it sit for 2–3 minutes until creamy.
4️⃣ Add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if you like it sweet.

Grilled Street Corn with Parmesan or Feta
(Serves 4)

This version of street corn keeps all the smoky, zesty goodness but uses Parmesan or feta, making it just as delicious and easy to prepare!

Ingredients:

4 ears of fresh corn, husks removed
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
¼ cup (60 g) mayonnaise
¼ cup (60 g) Greek yogurt or sour cream
Juice of 1 lime
½ tsp smoked paprika or chili powder (adjust to taste)
½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese or crumbled feta
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat the grill: Heat your BBQ or grill to medium-high.
Prepare the corn: Brush the corn with olive oil or melted butter and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Grill the corn: Place the corn directly on the grill grates. Turn occasionally, grilling for about 10-12 minutes, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
Make the sauce: In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and smoked paprika or chili powder.

Assemble: Once the corn is grilled, brush each ear generously with the sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan or crumbled feta and chopped cilantro.
Serve: Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side for an extra squeeze of freshness.

Optional Add-Ons:

Add a sprinkle of Mexican seasoning for a tangy, spicy kick.
Drizzle with hot sauce for an extra kick of heat.

Zesty Lemon Herb Chicken Skewers 🍋🍗

Perfect for summer grilling, these lean chicken skewers are bursting with flavour and protein! The lemon-herb marinade keeps them juicy while adding a zesty twist to your cookout lineup.

Ingredients:

1 lb chicken breast (cubed)
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tbsp olive oil
2 minced garlic cloves
Chopped fresh parsley, thyme & oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes, thread it onto skewers, and grill until golden brown. Healthy, simple, and oh-so-satisfying!
