MYTH OR FACT I can't build strength training at home without equipment.
MYTH Your bodyweight is equipment. Seriously.
Push-ups, squats, lunges, planks, step-ups (using your stairs), and glute bridges all build real strength.
You can progress by adding reps, slowing down the movement, or adding single-leg variations.
Resistance bands (inexpensive) add even more options.
The most effective strength training is the one you'll actually do. If that's at home without fancy equipment, perfect.
Consistency beats fancy every time.
