Going deep into the Hidden Depths. The Wargen Skin is a solid find... but it's the one poking out from behind that has the data looking interesting. 🤫

144 cards. 6 categories. 1 goal: The Master Spreadsheet. 📊

I’m using my "Lead Hand" logic to sort the piles the card shops gave up on. Who else is collecting the Arcade Series in 2026?

Dropping the full audit results soon.

Inventory day at the shop meant an early exit. 🕒 Time to run my own counts! 📊

Picked up some 1984 logic at Pastime Sports & Games to add to the tracker. 🤖 Legal clocks and steel can wait—tonight is about the loot drop. 📦✨ Stay tuned for the breakdown!

Even the best systems have a "glitch in the matrix" sometimes. 🛠️

When the game gives you the same mission twice, you don't complain—you optimize the workflow to solve both at once.

It’s the same on the farm or the shop floor. Most "glitches" are just opportunities to see where the logic is breaking down. If you don't document the errors, you can't build the fix.

Back to the grind.

Systems only exist if they survive the environment.

The Water Tracker V1.0 (Command Center) is now live on the farm.

We aren’t "planning" a business; we are managing 10,000 birds and tracking critical data from a phone. Stop paying the Human Tax by giving your best logic away for free.

I drew this horizontally by mistake.

The "human tax" of people wandering around production centers, wondering where their material is, or even if they have it is a real thing.

After spending 3 days auditing our own supplies, I can imagine the struggle of not using an automated inventory system, and am setting out to help any company--large or small--get their resources back under control.

Follow along as a build a new custom spreadsheet from the ground up, and bring order back to the chaos.

"Hypnotized." 🌀

I just hit the 250-hour milestone in Revolution Idle. Most people see a game; I see a masterclass in systems, bottlenecks, and exponential growth.

If I can spend 250 hours optimizing a digital black hole, imagine what happens when I apply that same meticulous logic to a shop floor.

The "Human Tax" of disorganized inventory ends this week.

Tomorrow at 6:00 AM, the build begins. I’m sketching out the NX-1 Command Dashboard and laying the foundation for a universal MRP system that actually works for the people doing the work.

250 hours of training.
1 week to build.

Let's go. 📈

There’s a moment right before you start a massive project where it feels like stepping off a skyscraper. Tomorrow at 6:00 AM, the 'MRP-Lite' journey begins.

No more talking about 'Human Tax'—we start building the engine to kill it. See you at the courthouse for the first wireframe. 🏙️✨

Running 'Auto Eternity' at high speed tonight. Idle games aren't just for killing time; they're studies in automation. If I can automate an infinite loop in a game, why am I still manually checking inventory levels in the shop? Tomorrow, we start building the 'Auto' for real-world inventory.

The software says 35. The mill tag says 42.

Location: Deep in the bundles.
Emotion: Annoyed, but vindicated.

Looks like someone batched out a whole trailer assuming every bundle was 42 count without actually reading the mill tags. This is how 'Human Error' becomes a 'Human Tax' that everyone pays on Monday morning. Catching the leak now so the shop doesn't drown in bad data later. 🦾⛓️

Ugh... Analog. LOL. 🛠️ Love the smell of rust in the morning, but I don't love the manual tracking. Spend half the shift reading tags and the other half bending steel. This is why the 'Tomstoppable' systems exist—to get us off the clipboard and back to the build. Who else is still stuck in 'Analog Land'? 🦾⛓️
