After a long hard 3 months...the time has come

To say goodbye
To the person who started creating who I am today
To the person who showed me I could
To the person who kept going not giving up
To the person who allowed growth in
To the person who began healing past trauma
To the person who showed up over and over again

While I may be saying goodbye to this phase of my life, I also thank that girl with every ounce of my heart ❤️ so grateful she took risks and chances she had been told she couldn't do...glad she chose healing and growth.....grateful she invited change and embraced who she always secretly desired to be.

On to the new in life....always remembering where I started and the road I took to get here!!

For all those who are ugly healing.....you are not alone. Keep going! It is worth it!!

Healing isn’t pretty, but it’s honest.
It’s the kind of work nobody claps for,
the kind of growth that happens in moments nobody sees.

It’s sitting with emotions you used to outrun.
It’s unlearning the habits that kept you alive
but no longer feel like home.

Healing is messy conversations with yourself.
It’s admitting you weren’t okay,
even when everyone thought you were the strong one.

It’s forgiving the versions of you
who only knew how to survive.
It’s holding space for the woman you’re becoming
without shaming the woman you used to be.

Healing isn’t perfect,
but it’s real.
And every honest step you take…
even the shaky ones…
counts.

Tuesday.....HotShot Day.....

Up before the sun and the birds...... drive by myself, watching the quiet of the morning. I have learned to love this weekly early morning drive!

Today is also the first day being back at work after taking a bit of time to deal with health issues.......here's to me making the full day!!

I have weekly fresh starts, the monthly ones hit bigger!

Looking back at what I have accomplished in a week doesn't always show much.......tho a month! Sometimes I don't even recognize how much I have changed and shifted till I reflect on the whole month.......

I'm excited to see how I finish my months, how things have shifted and where I can improve myself. It's been a new thing, I don't always do it out loud for others to see ......it's mostly for me.

This morning I woke up, and I had an amazing view 😍

I was able to get my speech finished and start on the next speech! And of course many mini side quests in this amazing space to help out.

I can't wait to come back and do some canning out here, and of course enjoy the scenery and peacefulness while I do it.

Finally through a long and tough schedule....and I survived!

Doing the things I desire and choose has been amazing tho still can cause some discomfort with being uncomfortable at times.

Time to set my goals for this week and set everything into action!!

Monday......most dread this day....the beginning of the work week.

Not me......this day is my clean slate for the coming week.....the day where I can set the tone of my week for myself.

And today I am beyond excited, as I get to see 3 of my mentors!! These ladies inspire me, support me, encourage me, have me feeling heard and seen, recognize my value, and meet me where I am at in any given moment ❤️❤️
