We throw the word burnout around a lot…
but sometimes what you’re feeling isn’t burnout at all—it’s nervous system dysregulation.
💡 Burnout = running out of energy.
💡 Dysregulation = your body can’t get back to calm.
If you’ve felt “wired but tired,” moody, craving all the snacks, or stuck in brain fog—it might not be burnout.
It might be your nervous system asking for a reset.
