Good morning everyone! 😊

I want to share that I’ll be taking two weeks off for the Christmas holidays, starting December 23rd. If anything changes I will post on here for any last minute openings or reach out to clients on the cancellation list!

I also want to let everyone know that I don’t have set days for posting my availability right now, so any updates will be shared only through my stories. You’re always welcome to book your upcoming appointments with me in person as well, I encourage it.

I truly appreciate everyone’s support throughout the year, and I hope you all have an amazing rest of your November. Wishing you a joyful, cozy, and Merry Christmas when it arrives! 🎄✨

Hello Autumn🍂🍂☕️☕️

I am hoping to get back to more massage content this fall, been an amazing spring/summer though! I think the common denominator is golf, lake, pictures of my dogs and weddings.

I was out of office for a bit 🫶🏼☀️🧘🏼‍♀️🌊

But I am I’m back! My spring schedule is filling up quickly and I’m so appreciative of all of you. Having said that, I hope that everyone can still find time that works for their schedule.

In case you missed my earlier post, my availability has been adjusted slightly for two days a week. Feel free to get in touch anytime if you encounter any problems with booking or timing. My goal is to continue supporting all of you in relieving pain, soreness, discomfort, & stress since it manifests in our bodies.
