I am dedicated to empower my clients to experience healing and freedom in relationship to self and others. As a therapist, I am warm, open, accepting, and inclusive of culture, orientation, lifestyle, and beliefs. I have extensive cross-cultural experience as a result of living in other countries, and traveling the world. I guarantee safety and confidentiality of the therapeutic relationship that is able to create the tremendous opportunity for change and growth. In my practice I use techniques that are build on evidence-based neuroscience, neuropsychology, cognitive behavioural therapy (TEAM-CBT). The therapy process is grounded on the massive database and the latest research in the area of brain, behaviour and relationship development. I am committed to help my clients expand their mental and emotional abilities to reach their fullest potential.
