A quick checklist if you’ve been dealing with foot discomfort
✅ Check your footwear
Worn-out shoes or poor arch support can make symptoms worse.
✅ Check for swelling or bruising
These may signal inflammation or minor strain that needs rest or ice.
✅ Check your activity level
A sudden increase in walking, running, or standing can often trigger discomfort.
✅ Check your mobility
Tight calves or stiff ankles can put extra load on your feet.
✅ Check your strength
Weak arches or small foot muscles can contribute to imbalance or irritation.
