Sneak peak from Music Video Shoot 😍 - filmed on Amherst Island (Ka8enesgo)

Come to the release party on Halloween!

Doors open at 8:15pm, and the night begins with a cauldron of curated Canadian witchy music videos.

At 9pm, we gather for a witchy toast. Raise your glass. Make a wish. Seal it with sound.

Then, as the clock strikes 9:05, the spell is cast — the premiere of PORTLAND FLOWER begins.

Free candy. Witchy treats. Cash bar. All ages welcome.

1 Hour in the Thermotherapy room

The Sound Bath will be guided, with prompts and invitations to encourage deep relaxation. Crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments create the container for your nervous system to settle. As in all of my Sound Baths, the gentle, loving energy of Reiki is shared to support you in entering meditative states 🤍

The thermotherapy room includes sauna, steam room, hot tub and cold plunge, for your body to melt even further 🤍

Bring your yoga mat, pillows, blankets, eye cover & anything else you need for your physical comfort 🤍
